Individual Theraputic Session

Service Description

Using a variety of tools, these sessions are tailored to the individual client. These sessions may involve trauma processing and clearing, shadow work, psychotherapeutic or spiritual interventions, education or practical skills training among others. By accessing deeply hidden and unconscious patterns and traumas, issues that have been long holding you back can be truly understood and released, uncovering your power, energy and your authentic and self. Sessions are 1.5hrs to allow suitable time to explore deeply, process and clear, as well as integrate before completion. That said, please schedule 2hrs for the session, in case extra time is needed.
