Service Description
These sessions are tailored to you based on your presenting issues and needs. This session will likely not include the deep trauma processing of an individual psychotheraputic session (unless an aspect of this is suitable and necessary), but may include anything from psychotheraputic, somatic or spiritual guidance, education and skill building, or simply time for Q & A on these or many other subjects. What you bring to the session will guide where the session goes. 1st session starts from 1.5hrs and can be longer if desired, however future sessions can be arranged for as little as a half hour.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours may incur a $100% fee.
